A new paper claims that GPT-4 lost significant capability over a few months, especially when it comes to generating code. GPT-4's success rate on "is this number prime?" dropped from 97.6% to 2.4% from March to June 2023. Interestingly, GPT-3.5 (June 2023) was much better at this task than GPT-3.5 (March 2023). This is very strange behavior.
